Vegeta tarancutei – pentru supe

  • 3 kg morcovi
  • 3 kg patrunjel
  • 1 kg telina
  • 1 kg ceapa
  • 500 gr. gulii
  • 500 gr. varza
  • 500 gr. conopida
  • 500 gr. ardei gras
  • 1 litru ulei
  •  frunze telina
  • frunze patrunjel
  • sare, piper, dupa gust.
  • se dau prin masina de tocat.
  • se amesteca toate ingredientele si se dau la cuptor 4 ore.
  • se aseaza in borcane si se inchid ermetic.
